Real small spot that definitely focuses on quality food. Wife and I wanted tacos and I love searching for local, authentic places that don’t cater heavily to the tourist’s palette. I ate their quesabirria tacos and those were absolutely the best tacos I’ve ever had. The consomme was great and my wife loved it along with her chorizo quesadilla.
The food is fresh and flavorful every time we order. Their specials are the best! Friday 1 and 1/2 chicken with sides and a 32 oz drink 35
Carne asada fries were divine. Fries were crispy and loaded with deliciousness. The tacos Al pastor are some of the best this far from the border. Very authentic and absolutely top notch homemade tortillas. Wonderful little ‘dive’ with the best food ever! We go frequently, but never enough!
The food was absolutely delicious! I’ve only had the same quality of tacos in Austin and Mexico. The staff was friendly and you could see them cooking so it was very clean. Even though it’s small it’s got a welcoming atmosphere and a cute outside area. We will definitely be back here!
Came here on a review, so glad we did. The food was definitely authentic. We did Thursdays special 9.99 2 handmade corn tortillas Al pastor (pork) delicious and their homemade sauces, spicy and delicious (on the side) It's worth checking out. Small place only 3 tables plus a counter also has outside tables. It was definitely a great find ! Well be back !
When you walk into a Mexican restaurant, you want authentic, but not just the food, the atmosphere, the feel and the people. This place checks all the boxes. It's not fancy, but definitely authentic. There is seating outside and inside with more of a cantina style eatery feel. The music played inside is regional and not main stream Mexican music. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about his food. They offer a military discount when presented with a military ID. This is definitely a place you don't want to pass by.......
Ok sooooo!! I want to say this!! I was not expecting this place to be ridiculously good. It’s a hole in the wall. When I tell you this place has the best chicken it really does! They give you so much!! All of what you see for 16 dollars. Tortillas made fresh, like she is literally rolling it out when you come in!! I just drove by!! Truly authentic! I ordered half chicken to go.
Best Al Pastor around!! Asada fries and green salsa were delicious as well. They have really awesome weekly deal specials and they’re super friendly as well. Definitely a new favorite for us.
